Program/Billing
Standard Medical will make routine facility visits, and while there, will conduct extensive chart audits, and verify eligibility to ensure all Medicare Part B patients are in regulatory compliance. We will bill Medicare and contracted Medicare HMOs for products used by those patients that qualify for reimbursement.

With all the data in hand, we then begin the billing process, which includes obtaining all physician and patient signatures, relieving your staff of additional work. Your Standard Medical representative will be responsible for reviewing the treatment books and charts for current physician orders to capture any reimbursement supplies. Our billing department is responsible for submitting all claims to the appropriate payer sources. This includes Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer billing. In addition, we have contract pricing available with various manufacturers contingent on end user contracts.

Delivery
Our staff is available 24/7 to make sure your facility receives the level of service it deserves. Your order will arrive on company owned trucks, with products labeled by patient, and personally delivered to the location of your choice.

Education
Our clinical professionals serve as a valuable resource to long term care and assisted living facilities. We offer extensive value added programs such as Protocols, Policies & Procedures and Inservice staff training

Should you need additional educational support, we have a full time MSN on staff to develop a program consistent with your facility needs.
